Mana Fashion Leaves its Mark at ‘Miami Swim Week’

This past Friday, Mana Fashion presented a thought-provoking panel in collaboration with Paraiso at Soho Beach House Miami. Attendees enjoyed breakfast at Cecconi’s while learning from influential speakers and their take on the future of fashion in Miami. Miami, the Next Fashion Chapter of the U.S., featured Director of Mana Fashion, Martu Freeman-Parker, CEO and President of Istituto Marangoni Miami, Hakan Baykam, Executive Vice President at Purple, Andrew Lister, and Head of Editorial Content for Vogue Mexico and Latin America, Karla Martínez de Salas. The panel was moderated by Paraiso Miami Beach Co-Founder, Natalija Dedic Stojanovic.

This was just one of the many events that Mana Fashion participated in during this year’s Miami Swim Week. The team also took part in the Miami debut of Worldwide Talks from Fashinnovation at Ocho Blanco in the Flagler District and attended various fashion shows throughout the week to support the community and the neighborhoods they serve.

Mana Fashion’s head-first involvement in one of Miami’s most important weeks of the year displays their commitment to creating long-term change in a sustainable future for the industry.

This is what I envisioned years ago. I saw us in a room, I saw us making deals, I saw us working together and I just saw Miami being bigger than life.

Martu Freeman-Parker, Director, Mana Fashion
